I have, a few times recently, visited a public library in one of the wealthier parts of town. I was surprised to see that the place was packed! One of these times was in the middle of the week.

It is packed mostly with teenagers who are using the computers in the library to access the internet or college-going students who are busy chatting under the pretext of working on a project. Makes it impossible for a person, who is genuinely trying to read a book or get some work done, to concentrate!
