Recovery Act Propaganda

I've seen a few recovery.gov road signs around town. These are not "this construction is brought to you by..." signs, which you can and should read about here. Instead, they are just stand-alone round signs showing the recovery.gov logo:



I don't see any nearby construction to which they might be referring. As such, I find them a little creepy.
